What this does. Some items gave up trying to upload after a temporary loss of signal
and were marked as failed. Failed items are never retried on their own. This page puts them back in the
queue so the app sends them normally.
It never deletes anything. It only changes items from "failed" back to "waiting to send".
Important: open this in the same browser you use for the D S Trace app.
A link tapped inside WhatsApp, Teams or email reads the wrong storage.
